Nameer is an entrepreneur with 15 years experience in the North American and International cannabis industries. He is a founding partner of multiple hemp and cannabis production, cultivation, manufacturing, distribution and retail facilities in Canada and the US states of Oregon and Washington State. Nameer has strategic alliances with industry experts, cannabis cultivators, genetic breeders, leading cannabis scientists and formulators globally. Nameer is also a founder of Naturalrem wellness, a CBD product development company founded in 2018.

Mark is a sales, marketing and management professional. He brings over 20 years of experience in consumer packaged goods as well as regulated products such as tobacco, alcohol and cannabis. Mark specializes In ‘New to Market Brands’ development, launch strategy and trade marketing, with a strong focus on multi-channel distribution and superior customer service. Working in the Canadian cannabis recreational market the last 4 years, Mark has played a key role leading teams launching 1.0 and 2.0 brands and products, working closely with both national and independent retailers to introduce training, education and retail sell-through programs.

Chris is a Business Development Executive who has been active in the Global Cannabis space for over 15 years with knowledge and experience in the Canadian, US, European and Latin American markets. He has worked for cannabis companies such as Tilray, Privateer Holdings, Ascent Industries and Kalacan Hellas. He has launched brands such as Marley Naturals, Headlight and Sweet Cannabis. Chris’s ability to build strategic partnerships makes him an invaluable resource to the Highmark team.
